Question help~ why my physical address is 12 0s?
after i typed in ipconfig /all, it showed me the physical address is 00-00-00-00-00-00... i am sure this is not the right number. how can i find the right mac address and reset it? can some one help me to fix this problem, plz?

If you've got XP or 2000 you can open up the status for the network connection and click the Support tab and click the Details button (or something simliar for 2000). The physical address is listed at the top.
