Help with Network Bridge (Win 2003 Server)
I'm trying to bridge a wireless 802.11g connection and a wired ethernet connection. However, when I install the bridge, I lose my connection to the wireless router and the wireless part of the network. I still have the connection to the wired computers though.
I read somewhere that I needed to force compatibility for my wireless card to support promiscuous code or something of the sort...(idunno)...but whenever I try to get into the "netsh bridge" context, it says bridge isn't available. There is no bridge context even though I installed a bridge.
So I guess my question is, how do I get the bridge context available to me and/or is there another way to "forcecompatability" without using netsh?
Thanks alot.
