I have been able to get the PC on that router to surf the internet but unable to get my webservers to even appear on the HTTP
![]() I have forwarded all the common ports to my webserver but still nothing.... Direct queries to the Static IP address also does not bring up the SMC admin panel when I queried over a remote connection ( Remote Connection is on ) The settings are to Static IP assignment as I have 5 static and 4 are already used by other webservers. Direct plugging into the Webserver works but when using the Router as a medium nothing comes up ![]() Anyonw got any experience with this? Thank You.

Go to www.grc.com and look for the Shields Up test. Check to see if your port 80 is appearing open from the Internet.

The program says I have no Reverse DNS and all my ports are in "Stealth" Mode.....
But when I plug one of the servers into the machine it works fine... just not over that router ![]() Its my Router setting problems? |

If all your ports are in stealth mode, then it's not going to work. You need to open up port 80 from the router. Check the settings again. When you run the Shields Up test, you should get a message saying that ports are open.

That is funny.... there ar no settings that tell me to open up the ports....
I have enabled forwarding of the common ports and disabled firewall but still nothing.... |

There's nothing on the modem acting as a firewall, is there?

Nope the modem's firewall is disenabled. all my other 4 servers are working fine.... direct connection is fine too... just that this router seems to block all the necessary ports

Check the instructions on this page, and make sure that you've set it up correctly:
