Exclamation Home Network Issues hitting the "net"

I have a small home network. I am on cable and have a DLink D-604 router. I have a Dell, a homebuilt, and a Compaq. The Dell and the homebuilt can see the network and hit the internet but the Compaq can see the network but cannot hit the internet. I am using a DLink DE-528 Ethernet PCI Adapter. I have even tried to set the IP of the Compaq manually but have the same results. I am at my wits end. I am hoping somebody has a better idea than I do
