How to connect?

hi,
in my office there are two route ip address running. i mean
#adsl--like 192.168.1.254 and other one #vpn--like 192.168.8.1
these are the default gateway. my problems is if i want to connect our company database i should change ip address to 192.168.8.1 and if i want use internet i should change ip address to 192.168.1.254. is there any way to connect both at a time ( system database and internet )

A device called a "router" is exactly designed to do this. Look into purchasing and configuring one. Most small models will nearly auto-configure.
