How to maintain consistency
if i copy the folders(of my work place) into my lap top and go back home and work on them off line, and the next day when i come back to my organization and get pluged in ,could be there any kind of application or software that could upload the data(folders) that i have worked offline into the folders at my work place automatically or with a hit of a button as soon as i pulg in at my work place.
(p.s:The folder structure is the same in the both.)

Use a sychronise program to do this for you. The following one looks quite good:
