Laptop not online
I have a laptop running through a network card on my pc
on sat when i done it all it worked fine all day and night. tried yesterday and cannot go online at all.All my firewalls are of tryed lots of things and no joy my laptop is saying it has connection i am on ntl broadband please can someone help.

What I found is if you're running WinXP and you set the IP address to what you need them at it'll work, but then when you restart sometimes it messes them up again. Try making sure your IP addresses are still right.

Are you trying to connect to the Internet through a network connection or is the NTL broadband connection connected directly to the laptop?
