microsoft exchange 2003

My school apparently just upgraded its webmail service to microsoft exchange 2003 and running on windows 2003.

Since then i cant access the webmail service anymore.
Tried installing micosoft office outlook 2003 but doesnt seems to help. My os is xp home.

So i tried altering all my internet settings and lan settings to the same as my friend's who can access it, but to no avail, i still couldnt access the webmail.

This is total crap. So any idea why this is happening to me? And should i do?

What do you mean you can't access the webmail? What happens if you type the address into Internet Explorer? Have the administrators at school disabled webmail access?

The admin at sch doesnt disable the webmail access.
Apparently i can open my webmail accounts from all computers(be it connected to the same network as i am, or others internet provider) except mine. Cant open the secured site. When i open, the windows exchange login console should appear for me to enter my username and password. but apparently my com cant open it.

No, able to open akk secure sites.

E-mail
The University uses Exchange 2003 - a reliable, scalable, and easy-to-manage messaging and collaboration infrastructure that brings campus communities together. Its integration with Microsoft Windows® 2003 Active Directory™ also makes managing all messaging and collaboration systems in a single, centralised directory simpler too.

To access your mailbox on the campus network, we would recommend you to use the Corporate or Workgroup version of Outlook 2000 client or better. From Outlook client you'll then be able to experience and explore the full enhance messaging and collaboration feature set in Exchange 2003.

You can also access your mailbox using Microsoft Outlook® Web Access (OWA) https://webmail.ntu.edu.sg/exchange from any web browser over the Internet as well. Webmail offers you:

An Outlook-type interface with drag-and-drop capability, shortcut menus, toolbars, true hierarchy control, and rich-text editing (when used with Internet Explorer 5.0 or later)

Auto-resolving your recipients name against your personal Outlook contacts and NTU Global Address List.

Uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) i.e. https, a session-based encryption to keep the contents of your e-mail always safe and secured when you're accessing them on the Internet, campus network or the wireless network.
To start exploring, please check out the links on your left.

NTUmail - Exchange 2003
We have upgraded the NTUmail services to Exchange 2003. The Webmail logon page now appears when you access webmail (https://webmail.ntu.edu.sg/exchange). Our mail servers are now running Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003.

By right i should be directed to the my email@webmail login page. The login page looks like this(http://www.ntu.edu.sg/CITS/Email+and+Messaging/E-mail/Exchange+2003.htm).

The problem is i can reach the login page. No idea why too.

I'm not sure what the problem is. I can access https://webmail.ntu.edu.sg/exchange and reach a logon page fine.

What browser are you using? Perhaps try installing Firefox and see if that works.
