migrating from novel netware to windows server2003

hi all,

I am migrating from novel netware to windows server 2003.
I used pegasus as email client in novel netware and i want to use the same in windows server 2003.
I want to know the best way to move the mailbox for every user from the old server to new server.

Your comments and suggestions are appreciated.
