|
My internet doesn't work!
Hi, can anyone help me?
I have a laptop with Windows XP Pro and suddenly one day the computer turned off and after that my internet hasn't worked. When I start my computer Norton Antivirus says that it cannot scan my Email because my network is not correctly configured. Thanks for any advice!

Open up the command prompt (start menu -> run -> type cmd)
type ipconfig /all and post all the infomation it prints. Then we can see whats wrong
