Need help with POE

I have several Mikrotik routerboards which can be powered by PoE, however they require 24volts over PoE instead of the standard 48volts. I have several PoE switches that I would like to be able to use with the Mikrotik boards but they all output 48volts as well. Does anyone know of any PoE adapters to step the voltage down to 24volts?
