NetGear WGR614v4 Wireless with VPN?
I am using Windows XP Home. I have a wireless internet connection and have a VPN set up to connect to a classmate's computer to use Microsoft Visual SourceSafe. I have mapped the drive as a local drive, and I use that for VSS. Everything works fine, and in the system tray I see both connections, the wireless connection and the VPN. When I log in and connect to the VPN, I lose internet connection, I assume because Windows assumes my VPN connection to be primary or something along those lines.
Is there any way to use the VPN to connect to the network on my friend's computer and use my NetGear WGR614v4 (I have just upgraded the firmware to the latest version) for internet connection at the same time? Thanks in advance!

I dont think this can be done once you start a tunnell all IP traffic passes throught it. Why dont you allow the internet share on your friends VPN settings At least while your using the vpn you can borrow his internet connection.
