    Networking question concerning VPN

    Hi Guys,

I have a modem from my ISP (fiber) fixed to the wall and a static IP address. From the modem a cable connects to my Router (Netgear R6300) From this I have a wired network connected to 3 PC's a smart TV and a satellite receiver.

I wish to set up my router for VPN to enable me to view foreign TV shows on the TV. However, I would like one of the PC's to remain able to view local TV. Is this possible?

    All advice gratefully received.

I would like two of my Pc's to appear to be in the UK using VPN. I want the third pc to remain located in Norway. This is my wife's pc and she needs to keep access to local stuff which is only obtainable with a norwegian ip address
