Exclamation Networking through PBX Line

Dear Friends,
In our network almost all of the buildings are connected through fiber and UTP but some are left. I am using Redhat 9.0 and out Internet connectivity are through VSAT. The remaining are having EPABX phone line connectivity.
We have to connect the remaining building through PBX line. Please tell me that which modem will be suitable for us.

Will RAS and PPP will serve my purpose. If yes please also tell me the configuraion for these.
