Hi all,

I have a problem and don't know how to fix. It would be great if
anyone could give me a hand.

Here is my problem:

I have installed a modem to my proxy server (called server 1) at work, I uesed to be able to connect my computer at home to server 1 through a modem, everything was fine, I could go on the internet, I could read my email,... until last week, when I tried to connect from home, the modem kept ringing and I had got a message "No anwser". When I dial-in, the modem at server 1 did make a sound then nothing happen.

I tried a new modem on server 1, it did not work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hanh
