All of your adapters, such as your wireless card and wired card, all show as being in a state of, "media disconnected". Are you trying to connect to your network wirelessly or with a wire? If it's a wire, make sure the cables are plugged in all the way and you see an inidcator light on your router (you should see it flashing green to show traffic). If it's wireless, make sure you're connecting to the proper network name; and using the right encryption key.

If you're connecting wirelessly, and you reset the router, it will default to the original wireless network name. I believe for most Netgear wireless routers the default network name is simply, "Netgear".
