Please Help
I have a wan xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ip from my isp and 10.0.0.01-255 lan ip's. My server is 10.0.0.20 Can some one please tell me how to connect remotely to a workstation 10.0.0.25.

I always use WinVnc - www.realvnc.com . It allows you to connect to any computer on your lan. You would need to setup port forwarding on your router. So that particular ports (generally 5900+) are mapped to the ip addresses of particular computers.
