Problem with Windows XP Webcam server
I am trying to run Windows Media Encoder on my Windows XP Pro laptop so other computers can connect to it on the internet to see a live event, but other computers can't connect to it and I think it is because of Tunnel Adapter? I'm not sure what this is, but Windows Media Encoder works fine when I run it on my other computer, and when I run ipconfig on that computer none of that tunneling stuff appears. Here is what shows when I run ipcongig:

What can I do to allow other computers to connect to my laptop running Windows Media Encoder via http.
Thanks in advance.
PS I just uninstalled IPv6 to get rid of the tunneling stuff and I still have the same problem.
