I found I had to do:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa DWORD KEY "restrictanonymoussam" = 0 because after a reboot, "restrictanonymous" always seemed to get set back to 0. Still seems to work for me. I'm not sure what the difference between the 2 keywords is.
