Rogeres connection to linux from windows (Crossovercable)

hello,
This is how my pc's are setup.
-I have one winowsxp meachin with 2 network cards.
-1 redhat 9 system on laptop.
- rogers connection connected to 1 nic on the winxp
-winxp pc connected to laptop using the second nic and a Crossover cable.

How do I share the internet connection to my linux redhat on my laptop using this connection? It works for winxp on pc ad winxp on laptop.

Thanks,
Rohan
