Router Interface Resets

Hi,

I have a problem with router (cisco 1841). my router is getting hang frequently, if I restart the router it is working fine. and I observed so many ' interface resets' (around 4000) on ethernet interface which is connected to ISP's mux. why does my router is getting so many interface resets..?

Is there any way to check the events or logs on router about the interface resets or any other? What are the causes for router hang? Thanks...!
