Server 2000 & win 98

Am running server2000 with 2 NIC's one going into network hub other going into isdn router. Internet sharing is enabled and server can access internet but only one of 16 win98 machines can access internet. I thought i'd try and be smart and ghost this machine, then run this image on the other machines and then hopefully hey presto. Sadly not, I tried one other machine and now this machine will log onto the network but when I run winipcfg all fields apart from MAC are empty(machine set to run DHCP). If I was to give the machines a static ip in the range of 192.168.0.1 would the machines then connect to the internet as this is the range that the win98 machine that connects to the internet is showing when you run winipcfg, If this is the case where do I stand as far as enabling DHCP on the server.

If you do not have a dhcp server than setting the PC for dhcp will do nothing. goto each machine and give it an IP address, DNS, default gateway and see what happens. make sure they are all in the same subnet. ie.. 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.254/24 none being the same.

The machine that connects to internet receives its ip from a dhcp server, if i disable dhcp will this affect internet sharing through the server
