Sharing Files
I have two XP machines with both hooked up to a router.

I can see computer "A" from computer "B" and vise versa. But all I can access or see is "shared" stuff. A few pictures, music, etc.

I can't see or access the files.

What am I doing wrong?

Probably nothing.

You need to share whatever you want to allow network access to, or you need to connect to a network computer using an administrator share that allows full access.

duh..................I did everything but actually specify, through Explorer, what files I wanted to share.
