Spoolsv.exe Error - Network Setup Wizard

Uhm. Hi.

I just tried setting up a home network. One of my PCs has two LAN cards (the host) and the other client is connected to it via an ethernet switch. I connect to the internet using an ethernet pppoe connection. I'm trying to run the Network Setup Wizard but at it's end I get a spoolsv.exe error. This wasn't the case before I reinstalled Windows XP. The Print Spooler service shows up stopped. Does anybody know what the problem might be?

The error:
The instruction at "0x77f7c32b" referenced memory........
Press OK to Terminate. Press Cancel to DEBUG.

Did you ever figure this out?

I just got the same error message. There are very few posts on this.
