    Technicolor TC8305C Constant crashing!

Hey guys I recently got a "Technicolor TC8305C" from comcast a few weeks ago, and plugged it in. I haven't changed anything on it except add a port for Steam, so i can host a server for GMOD. After maybe a day of perfect use, the modem started acting up, and started constantly crashing, as in I would be surfing the web or whatever, and then all of a sudden the internet stops, and I go outside to go check out the modem, and the lights that are supposed to be on for the Internet to be working are off, and in a few minutes the lights go back on. This event occurs every few minutes, thus making me very frustrated. I know it is the modem, since I am connected by Ethernet, whereas my sister is connected by WIFI, so if the modem crashes, the internet goes off in the entire house.

Contact Comcast. Maybe the modem is faulty. Maybe it's exposing problems with your line.

But... "outside"? The modem is outside? Like, outdoors?
