Terminal Services

I installed TS on Windows 2003, but I cant find where to "install" programs for the TS. I remember in 2000 during the installation it would ask you what programs you wanted to use, but I didnt get that prompt on 2003. Also, when I installed the client to connect to the TS, the only thing it installed was the remote desktop connection client. This is not what I want. I want to be able to connect to a TS and run ONE program, not give the user access to the entire machine. Any suggestions?
