transparent proxy?

I have this "thing" going on with my network:
cable modem (single IP)>>4 port linksys router static IP low end, (ie: 192.168.1.5) >>
Proxim Base Station (high end of spectum (192.168.1.202) >> proxim satalite subscriber (bridge) units (also static @ high end) >> Belkin WORP & >> routers and >> Belkin WAPs >> 811.b end users. But then I learned the satalite ISP demands use of Proxy Server.

I want to make 1st router DO DHCP and I don't want the end users to have to configure the proxy server so I want to make the router handle the proxy address also, can you help me?

Is this a "Transparent Proxy"?? can it be done with a 4 port linksys router? I will eventually move to the Dell 'power connect 6024', but for now? any suggestions, help, experience, advice?
