virtual proxy server
is there a way you can make pc act as a proxy server to computers not local? i cant seem to find anything on it. is there a program that does this?

Do you mean as a proxy server to computers which aren't in your local network but somewhere else in the Internet? I suppose you could just setup a proxy server, open the correct ports on the firewall and then from the other computers enter the correct external IP address and port number. Not really sure why you'd want to do this though...
