To share the hard drive, open up My Computer. Right-click the Local Disk C and select Properties. Click the Sharing tab and you should see what you want.

To share a printer, open up the Printers and Faxes from the Control Panel. Right-click the printer to share and select Properties. Again, you'll find a sharing tab.
