win2k domain log in problem~!

ok so heres my problem, i have a laptop and desktop, while trying to network them i changed from my work domain to a workgroup on my laptop, this caused it so i cannot log on to laptop anymore. is there anyway to just log in so i can change it back to my work's domain? or change it back without logging in? any advice would be very helpful thank you
