windows 2003 dialin connection on workgroup HELP??

hi, i have windows 2003 server runs a workgroup and have clients that would dialin, but it wont authenticate, any one can help me please.

in the login window username, password and domain:W2003SVR

Did you create a user account for every user trying to connect and then allow dial in access on that users account under local users and groups on the ras server? How exactly do you have it set up? Or do they all use just use one workgroup account? Or a remote access policy if your connected to a domain?

i already have a user and included them in dial-in also i have setup the incoming connection, i got the problems solved the modem connection setting should be lowered from 56k to 31k, now i have another problem my off site office is dialing in using 3com landmodem the erro now is PPP Negotiation Failed... please help....
