Windows Routing/Postrouting

Just a quick question.
I am wanting to enable routing on a windows machine with two NIC (1 Ethernet & 1 Bluetooth). The trick is I want to be able to make any connection through this machine make it seem as though it comes from the Ethernet IP address (even if the connection is through the Bluetooth adapter), which I believe requires a form of postrouting (as in linux).
I have managed to make this work on a linux firewall machine with 2 Ethernet cards but require windows for the Bluetooth support.
Can anyone tell me if there is a way in windows I can apply postrouting rules such as this? Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Sam
