windows xp pro network setup

hi
i have a network consisting of 3 pc connecting to 1 switch with a manual ip cofig of 192.168.0.*- 3 an winxp pro workgroup with internet sharing enabled on the pc that connects to the internet.have also enabled file sharing on all pcs and ran the internet wizard (my network places) and disk on pc 2 and 3.

I still cant connect "the" network(previously worked fine with a crossover cable with my pc and 1 other and still does)why wont the stupid network work (also no for a fact that the swith does deffinitely work)

cmon guys what am i doing wrong is there something simple i am forgetting

You explain nicely what you have, but could you expand on what you mean by "cant connect"? What are you trying to do? What happens when you try to do it? What error messages are displayed?

It's a little difficult to troubleshoot if I don't know exactly what's wrong

Why are you using a switch and then using ICS? Ditch the switch for this small network and get a router to share your internet connection, you will find it much easier to config!!!
