Arrow Xl2tpd and openswan setup problem?

I setup the my debian pc as cleint to my l2tp server and when run the command:

The log above show that connection is estableshed with my l2tp server, but i didn't see any changes, is there any further steps to do or how i can use now this l2tp tunnel?
