XP->W2K3 Remote Desktop Printing Issues

Here is the scenario:

XP Pro fully updated using remote desktop to a W2K3 server. The connection is XP VPN on a cabel connection. When I try to use local devices (printer) it is not showing up on the remote desktop. The Local Resources - Printers is checked on the RD connection settings. Have tried as administartor.

It does work for an administrative user over a XP VPN connection on a DIAL-UP connection. Also, when this user logs on I can see his local printer. Have checked all the settings for both users and they seem to be the same.

Any Ideas?
