Server Using Two Ethernet Cards
Well i have a dell powerEdge server in my house and it has two ethernet cards.I was using one ethernet card only but it has another one installed(not being used).Well i was wondering if i connect another ethernet cable to the other ethernet card(not being used)will my speed increase in anyway?(network wise,server wise..running apache server)

Tell me that in a single computer when u will use the both cards then the speed increase or when you will use a another computer

You won't notice a difference.
The two network cards would be used for linking 2 networks together and getting the box to act as a router between them.

You might want to investigate adapter teaming. This allows you to team the adapters as one virual device. This can double your bandwidth. I have intel cards in my servers and the teaming software comes with them.
If you are connected to a hub there is no point in adapter teaming.
Do a search at MS's web site Knowledge Base on server routing and ICS. Articles there will tell you how to setup routing.
