AQ Message Propagation duration parameter

Hi,

I am using Oracle 9i AQ. Found that one problem.

The below is my message propagation configuration:
duration: 5
latency: 1
start time: (the time after the schedule is created)
next time: NULL

However, after 5 seconds, the message still remain in the queue. Never dequeue.

Even i change the duration to 1 second, the message still does not dequeue. What am i missing?

Pls advice and many many thanks!!!
