Business days

Want PL/SQL help to do the following.

I want to add 15 business days from today while I query. How do I do this?

Any help appreciated.

Since a business week is usually considered to be Monday through Friday which are 5 days, 15 days would be exactly three weeks. Meaning sysdate+21 should give you the proper date. Now, what about holidays? That makes it more complex.
