change the lookandfeel on Oracle AS 10G

Hi,

i'm looking for an easy way to change the lookandfeel for my application. The standard lookandfeel (oracle and generic) does not have the xp style.
I've found a very fine lookandfeel and want to change the application to this one.

And this is my problem: HOW ?

Where i have to place the .jar file and what changes i#ve to do in the config files ????

Please help me !!!!!
