Check table relationship in Oracle

I want to know can i check the table relationship in oracle just like in SQL Server. I only can use the SQL Plus therefore is it possible to show in command line in SQL Plus?

This should solve your problem.
Can't you really use TOAD or the client tools provided by Oracle?

Ehmm may i know what is TOAD in Oracle? Coz i only know how to use SQL Plus for my Oracle Home 8. Quite new to oracle and really don't know much bout it. Are there any command for SQL Plus to display the relationship of the table. But i wonder how it display in command line.
