Connection Refuse

Hi guyss...

I am very2 new in oracle..Today i just install Oracle 10 g in my machine..Actually i used Red Hat 8..It's going success when i am installed it..And i can also start my Oracle database after installed and explore it for a while..
But when i reboot my machine and i am trying to start to explored my oracle back using my browser, i got this message

"The Connection Was Refused when attempting to contact RouterPC2"

It's seems that i need to run something like deamon... ...I just have some notes about how to install the Oracle and i could'nt find a way how to fix an error...

I hope someone can help me...please !
