Converting Current Database in Oracle to MS-SQL 2000
I am about to undertake a proejct of converting a current databse in Oracle (written in COBOL and SQL) to MS-SQL 2000. Does anyone have any websites or books they recommend for this project, or any general advice for that matter, thank you.

general tip
I would recommend using a fast programming language such as PHP to do you migration vs. ODBC from MS SQL to Oracle. My experience with the ODBC has been that it is slow.
