create a table and insert values in one command?

Hi I am trying to make a command to create a table and add constraints to a couple columns. That is fine but how can I add values to it in the same statement.

I dont think you can do it in one command, simplest suggestion would be to run a script that first creates the table then inserts.

thanks i figured that out. teacher is trying to play trick questions to see if we know the chapter
