DeadLock issue in Oracle

Hi,
I am running Oracle 8.0.5.0.0 on a Linux machine and I am executing bunch of procedures and functions written in PL/SQL. I was trying to re-load one of the procedures called if_proc I got a message saying that there is a dealock. Now, whenever I try to load or drop other PL/SQL procs or funcs I get one of the following errors :

ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of YANNI.IF_TASK_PROC
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of YANNI.SEQ_PROC
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of YANNI.TASK_FUNC
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of YANNI.USER_PROC
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

Or I get this

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4882], [2148042252], [2150242716],
[2147961512], [], [], [], []

I looked into the Oracle8 Error Messages web page but I couldn't figure out how to resolve the problem. Can anyone help please ?
