Detecting what grants a user has

Hello,

my question to you Oracle pro's.
I have a user which gave grants on select to all tables in the schema to a specific user.

Is it possible to see for that user which tables he has a grant on. Because i don't have access to the user which owns all those tables only to the user which has read-only to all those tables..except i don't know their name.

Is there a way?

Thanks
