Question difference between create procedure IS and create procedure AS

Any one know when should I use IS and when should I use AS in PL/SQL procedure declaration?

No real difference

According to my research, there are no actual difference at all, just some convention you want to follow. One thing to pay attention, be consistent no matter which you choose to follow.
