FRM10039 cannot open Forms Builder on XP

FRM10039 cannot open Forms Builder on XP

Hi there,

Got a bit of troubles here with the Oracle 9i Developer Suite...

New install on Windows XP and Forms Builder will not run (OC4J Instance was started).

I get the following error:

Orarcle Forms 9.0
Error while opening from Oracle*Terminal-file C:\Orcale\DS9i\forms90\fmrNLw.res.
-----

After 'OK' I get:

------
Oracle Forms 9.0
FRM-10039: Unable to start up the Form Builder.
------

I tried de-installing and installing the developers suite again, but that didn't help.

Any suggestions?
