Question HELP with output via TCP/IP

I'm writing an interface and the output has to be transmitted via TCP/IP - I have no idea how to do this!
Any help will be very appreciated...

hmmm...TCP/IP would be the default for a single instance. in a RAC instance you should be using UDP which could require some additional magic. *shrugs*
