You can remove Oracle from uninstall from Oracle Universal installer, It will remove the all necessary file from your machime, but it left some files and directory structure in your oracle home, remove it manually. Then re-install it.

Thanks a lot both of you for your help, I run the universal installer to remove the files but it I see that left more than 1GB of Data in their folder and I was thinking that I made a mistake during the process.
