are you trying to bypass the 11i authentication and use some custom code to submit your UN/PW? |

i am really passing a connection string, ie the report name, the username/password of the schema, and report printing attributes. I am not sure where in the config files it specifies using the database auth screen?

Ok. I am running an application and using oracle reports to print the reports. When the user requests a report it uses the url specified in the reports config files.
